  6.     Recognizes the type of a file, thanks to the Whatis.library,
  7.     and allows the user to perform on this file actions he would 
  8.     have planned. E.g. you give to Exa a file that it recognizes
  9.     the type of file, it then opens a requester giving you 
  10.     several actions you have previously defined.
